Dr. May sets the benchmark for FAA medicals. His staff is friendly, helpful and timely. Jeff is always available via phone with any questions always is thorough and ensures the best health for all pilots.
Dr. May’s office staff are super friendly and efficient. He has a great rapport with pilots as he is a pilot and really cares about keeping us in the air safely. I drive almost an hour to get to his office and it is worth the drive!
Really good AME. Was able to get me last minute when my schedule had me spending a day in Memphis. Office staff is really nice.
The check in to my nurse visit was a very good experience. Dr. Kraft is an excellent and knowledgeable Dr, the nurse was also very professional and has an extremely good bedside manner, attentive to my concerns and very responsive. My medical concerns were diagnosed I believe accurately and my treatment has begun and trending well.
I always see Dr May for my aviation medical. He and his staff are always so nice and helpful!
Doc May has a big brain and a big heart. His staff follow his example of providing excellent service, listening, relating, and understanding the needs of those they provide care for. He is very experienced and supremely technically proficient. I hear he is an adequate pilot too.
