I have never left a bad review until now. I had two telehealth visits with Dr. Mark. During both he tried hard to push his own personal probiotics and digestive enzymes, saying they might help. I was here for medical advice not to continue flinging stuff at the wall and seeing what stuck. The first call he asked thorough questions and noted my responses. Let me start by saying I RARELY give a review but I felt the need to share. Dr. Marks would not have a follow up video conference until we paid for the visit. His staff would call for payment and if we did not pay then for the scheduled video conference it was cancelled. He was not going to speak with us until we paid. We have insurance so we were unclear as to the pressure for us to pay up front though we had no problem in paying. Dr. Marks never called back and subsequently we found another doctor.
