This office denied seeing me because I called and informed them I had missed my turn off of DNT and would be 5-10 minutes late due to traffic. I was told I would need to reschedule, no empathy for a man who had a broken foot, ankle, and structurally damaged knee, driving himself to the appointment. Very unprofessional, especially given how the times I had been there before I had to wait to be seen, so it wasn't like I was going to be seen on time anyway.
