This office denied seeing me because I called and informed them I had missed my turn off of DNT and would be 5-10 minutes late due to traffic. I was told I would need to reschedule, no empathy for a man who had a broken foot, ankle, and structurally damaged knee, driving himself to the appointment. Very unprofessional, especially given how the times I had been there before I had to wait to be seen, so it wasn't like I was going to be seen on time anyway. Receptionist was welcoming and Dr Radack was very thorough and informative about suggested treatment plan.
Shakira Smith is very unprofessional and invaded my personal information by reaching out to me on her personal cell phone, reference to an appointment schedule. I can’t help but to think I can’t be the only one she has done this to. I feel extremely violated by this establishment. Please reach out as soon as possible in reference to the unprofessionalism done by Shakira Smith
Dr Radack is very professional and knowledgeable not to mention down to earth podiatrist he made me feel very comfortable while doing my big toe nail removal
