The doctor received payment as per insurance contract yet continues to harass patient for money not due to him.

Dr. Lipper is the best. He helped me get through my long covid and reassured me when I was having a lot of trouble with my breathing. My breathing is so much better now from the combination of medications he put me on! Thank you!
