This Dr is rude, unprofessional and in my opinions throws a child like temper tantrum when angry. Totally embarrassed my child and self. He should not be in the care of children if he cannot remain professional, at all times. I filed a formal complaint. It was addressed. I have never experienced an issue with a healthcare provider until now. 21 years in the pediatrics care. This review is for the wait time at the Federal Way office. First time I waited 40 min in the reception area and then another 20 min in the room. I asked the nurse is this normal wait time? She said normally it's only 30min. :( At the follow up appt I asked the receptionist how much longer after I waited 30 min, she went to check and come back saying they're running behind so I asked do you know how long?
