Office staff failed. I had done check in on line. Came in and was told everything was in order. Went into waiting room and waited and waited. People came in and got called in. More people got called in. We waited. My son finally went to the front desk. He was accused of not checking in. Finally they found all my check in information and shortly afterwards I was ushered in. Everything went well after that bungled encounter.
All and all it was a good experience. I needed a podiatrist for heel and ankle pain, my PCP recommended Connecticut Orthopedics. I received the phone call the same day to make an appointment with an office near me. I was given an appointment quickly. The office was clean and comfortable. The staff was professional & welcoming. Dr. Delott is amazing and really cares about his patients and explains everything. You won’t regret going to him for your injuries!
First time meeting Dr. DeLott and I had a pleasant visit. Staff was great also !
