What that office did to a friend of mine today was unacceptable by this office! Her surgery is scheduled for today and The doctors staff screwed up the referral and didn’t obtain it and after months of planning because of her circumstances in her life her surgery will not happen today! I am so sorry my friend! I will be due for hip surgery this coming year and was planning on calling on this doctor by referral but now i will not!
Dr. Lazarus was highly recommended so I chose him for my hip replacement. The scheduled date of December 20th has been on the books for three months now and on Tuesday, December 18th I questioned my co-pay with Kerry the surgical coordinator and was told by her that if they had not contacted me as of yet that I did not owe any money. I am so very happy. I have the opportunity to share my experience with this wonderful doctor Lazarus he explained the situation thoroughly with my arthritic knees, and we got my attention when he used the word Mr. Rizzo you deformed let me fix you. My legs were crescent. He replaced both my knees One in August 2024, and the other one that I’m recovering from the beginning of December, I have to say it was minor discomfort and inconvenience in the healing process I can’t imagine it going any better in my recovery.
