Long story short. The desk called security on me for literally getting no answers from my surgeon (no I didn’t show any signs of aggression), and politely asking if I could speak to a nurse about any pointers or tips to reduce pain levels. I had an extremely negative experience with Dr. Larson. After waiting almost six months for a consult, he told me that I would have no say in the amount of my reduction at all, not even within a range, and it was completely up to him - even if I was paying out of pocket. I found this extremely alarming. He said several other things that left me feeling upset, disrespected, and like I had no say or control over my own body. Doctor challenged my being in a wheelchair. Nurse escorting me talked NON STOP. Weird. They never called me to set an appointment. I'm not going back.
