Shere used to be my doctor. When I called one time, I was told he said I have to see Kozisek. That was not at all appropriate. I am elderly. Damage was done to my vision at the workplace. Kozisek committed fraud, since he billed the wrong agency. Then he said I needed new glasses. Wrong! Worst of all I requested a glaucoma screening. That was denied. I do have glaucoma. Early detection is best, but that wasn't possible due to the incompetent staff at this place.
There are chronic problems at Baycare. The patient is not listened to. Shere said I had to see Kozisek. That was not at all appropriate. Kozisek is not qualified to deal with elderly and their eye problems. As a result I have glaucoma. There is no support system in this area. The doctor at the Marshfield Clinic I saw when I was in college said northeastern Wisconsin is backwards and primitive. It's much worse today. Elder abuse is a chronic problem and nothing is done to combat it.
