I've been going to Dr Cook 30+ yrs. Never had a bad experience. The Hygienist, Helen, is the Best!
Extremely disappointed. I went to this office for several years. They were never amazing, but got the job done for the most part. Due to a recent visit I will not be returning. Patients should not be aware of your political affiliations. It's extremely unprofessional. I am coming for a service, your job is to provide that service. RecommendedOffice staff are the best! Dr.Cook does a great job of preventing pain during procedure. Been going to Dr Cook over 22 years.
Dr Jeffery Cook was rude, unprofessional and uncaring. I took my son for an evaluation and cleaning today and wanted to consult with the Dentist after the cleaning to discuss my concerns with my son's teeth. The tech wanted me to consult with her and when I insisted on speaking to the dentist, she got an attitude. Then when Dr Cook came out, he seemed as if I was bothering him, was very short with his answers and offered no resolve. I wasn't happy with how Dr Cook dealt with my pain during a procedure - getting a cap on my tooth. He was completely unsympathetic . Office was dirty.
he is not the friendliest.
Very unprofessional had an appointment scheduled and the office was closed when I came, and no one called, what a way to start my holiday, thanks guys.
