This rating is long overdue. I saw Dr. Berlant for approximately 12 years during a very busy time in my life both professionally and personally. I can say without reservation that Dr. Berlant is one the best psychiatrists not only in the Pacific Northwest but in the western U.S. I have lived in a number of states and Dr. Berlant’s knowledge, ability to diagnose, explain and treat conditions are excellent. I would wholeheartedly recommend him if he is still in practice.
