I saw Jeff for ten years. After two years I felt, not only should he start helping me, he should have been helping me the whole time. 8 more years passed and he never helped me the way I was expecting him to. Finally, feeling something had gone terribly wrong, I left California. For 30 years, doctors and therapists have been helping me with what happened in California.

Jeffrey Becker was not helpful to me, and the month I spent with him was a net negative experience. The only good thing that came out of this for me was having the knowledge of what I would like in a therapist, and being able to better appreciate the new therapist I have found. Jeffrey is very problem-solution oriented, and gave me very surface-level advice when I was hoping to dive deeper into the way my brain worked and why I exhibit certain behaviors. Dr Becker is a highly skilled professional no-nonsense therapist. If you're looking for soft-soap, you won't find it here. But if you want to change and work hard he will help you succeed beyond your wildest dreams.
