Dr. Jeffrey W. Kwan never followed up to see my husband was okay after his colonoscopy, despite my spouse having a difficult experience due to excessive suctioning of his throat during the procedure, as a result of some congestion my husband was experience. As for billing, he put the diagnostic billing code in for what we expected to be a regular preventive care colonoscopy, meaning that it wasn't 100 percent covered by our insurance and leaving us with a 20 percent copay.
