I had an 8:45am appointment with Dr Kulik. I left home in IN at 7am cause I know how the traffic is in Chicago. And yes unfortunately I still ran into stand still traffic for about 40 mins. I had been waiting for this appointment for months. I even took off work to make sure I got to this appointment cause all of my prescription refills were being denied. Sad he's the only allergist around so I guess if you have no choice but to deal with him. Very rude and inconsiderate of others
Dr.Kulik is the nicest most helpful provider. He has been managing my 8 year old son's allergies for years. He is so patient, informative and knowledgeable. I wish he practiced all aspects of medicine because we would go to him for everything.
Got an appointment scheduled for my daughter and Dr Kulik was referred to her by her dr through Elmhurst. Drove 30 mins to get my daughter to this appointment for them to call me in the parking lot to say that dr kulik canceled because he isnt taking new paitents with our insurance. I went inside and the women at the front desk was incredibly rude!!!! I do not reccomend this money hungry establishment to ANYONE. My childs health is at risk, this healthcare center is a JOKE!!!! Sincerely, a very upset momma!!
I had an appointement with Dr Kulik. Everything went great, him and doctor Spiewak are the best doctors that ever took care of my kids. I love this place!
