I've dealt with Dr. Kramer for several years and have ALWAYS found him to be considerate of my medical situation. Always thorough in his examination.
He had a flippant approach to my drug side effects and apathetic to my input as a patient. I saw Jeffery Kramer at South Loop Rush. I understand he is retiring. Good for him!
