PLEASE PLEASE go see him !! Not only is he intelligent he explains to where you can understand what he is saying...does not make you feel inferior....and encourages questions. There are not many doctors like him...especially this day and time.
dr. kocurek stepped in for my regular urology austin doctor when I had a blocked kidney stone. placed a stent. explained procedure clearly. he had a kind/gentle demeanor. I truly wish I could have continued under his care for the stone removal and ongoing bladder infection, which sadly developed into a serious E. coli infection, spinal abcess and surgery. kathleen capobianco
I was referred to him by another doctor who is a friend of mine. I had a kidney stone that had to be surgically removed. After several attempts it was removed. He subsequently did a Urologic workup and discovered I had prostate cancer. I subsequently had successful surgery. He probably saved my life or at least extended it. Thank you Dr. K. A terrific Urologist that I highly recommend.
