Dr. Klingenstein and the staff were wonderful! The front desk team was friendly and efficient, making check-in very easy. Dr. Klingenstein was kind, friendly, and made sure all my questions were answered. I felt very comfortable - highly recommend!
Dr. Klingenstein misdiagnosed me which included putting me on medication for that condition. Don't recommend.
Don’t let him tell you “he prides himself on being on time”. My girlfriend was $2 short on copay so I went to the atm (maybe all of one minute), just for him to take the next patient (even though he already had us waiting for 20 minutes). Never been here prior to this, but definitely not recommending. Additionally, the front desk staff was yelling at patients on the phone, telling them to “shut up a second”. The doctor was fine but the office was horrible. I waited for over an hour, and when I asked what was going on they said that a previous patient randomly showed up for a procedure- and that it would be a while before I was seen. I waited for almost 2 hours and saw the doctor who then made jokes about me being mad at him for being late. Very unprofessional office and would not recommend
