I couldn't be more pleased with the service and care Dr. Vazquez provides to my son. Her office is always able to get us seen in times of need. She takes special time with her patience and remembers what matters. Thank you so much for being more than just a trusted doctor!
I have been with Dr. Burns for over 15 years. I love the office and staff. He is always willing to see his patients, and I have even received calls asking for an update when my son is sick.
He is a very caring and trustworthy doctor. My three children are cared for by him for more than 7 years. He answers all my questions and concerns.
She is very thorough, listens to your concerns and makes sure your questions and concerns are answered. She takes her time with you and doesn't treat you like just a number. I have been with her for 19 years!! A truly wonderful person and doctor.
Calming personality is ideal for a pediatrician. Dr. Burns also has great bedside manner. To put the topping on the cake - his staff is excellent. I would highly recommend Dr. Burns
Dr Kleinberg is friendly and will address my questions, but as a new parent would hope that he would be a bit more thorough. The office is easy to book appointments with, but the waiting room feels dirty (older kids needed to give a urine sample and no one took them so they were sitting with them in the waiting room) and the nurses care is underwhelming.
First time visit, transferred 3 kids after long time pediatrician quit general practice abruptly. Scheduling was easy, visit was thorough, bed side manners were awesome. Took the edge off the transfer in the 1st place.
I love this office my family has been apart of this practice for 14 years. Both of my children are patients of Dr.Napoles. We love her as a doctor and a person and the staff as well.
My first visit with my newborn felt rushed she answered my questions but as a first time mom I had plenty and it seemed like she had other pressing issues to attend to. My second visit she wasn’t in the office due to the COVID situation so I saw the PA, the PA kept speaking Spanish even tho I asked for english and answered in English. My visit after was scheduled with Capote instead I saw the PA and again and the same English situation.
