Don't know if its the Doctor or how the Pascack Valley Hospital system works. Speaking with Dr. Kim is prefectly enjoyable and fine. He appears to be thorough and knowledgeable. However, my latest "appointment" was set to be a Tele-Visit, where the MyChart app provided a link to a video conference. Instructions were to log in at 11:25am for a 11:40am appointment (15 mins before). I would leave zero stars if possible. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea after over half a year of back and forth trying to set up multiple sleep tests. The guy who reviewed the tests was constantly on vacation and I received no word from the doctors office. Several months and take home tests that “weren’t accurate enough” later I finally go in for an in-person study. They tell me that Dr. Kims office will reach out with the results.
