The service staff was horrible, with the exception of Desmond (Dee), who was the only person who provided good customer service. Also, be aware that they do not seem to want to honor their coupons if you bring your own parts. This was extremely frustrating and made the overall experience disappointing. I appreciate Dee for being helpful, but the rest of the service experience needs significant improvement.
Every one at the service department is polite and professional. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. The work done is always great.
I would give the used car salesman Luigi zero stars if I could. First red flag was being lied to on my way to the dealership that someone was there test driving the vehicle and it may be sold when I arrived. Arrived to no one driving it or negotiating a deal. Obviously trying to make it seem like we were in competition with someone, which we were not. 2nd red flag was giving me an out the door price, and proceeding to argue about it being bought by that dealership in the first place.
