The service department is The worst. Better to find another near by dealer ship. Avoid this place at all costs. They like to overcharge and double charge customers. Very unprofessional. Only gave one star because it doesn't give me the option to place negative stars
This is my second time purchasing a car from this dealer. I didn't think it was possible to line up to last experience we had. However, Mandel, was able to exceed expectations. This is not in regards to the showroom. This review strictly has to do with service department. It was bad enough you'd told me five to six days to even look at my car, yet in stretched into three weeks....it wasn't even the cost of the repair, which was ridicules I must say, as I got the repair somewhere else for half the cost.......it was your front desk attitude. After looking online and driving 45 minutes to go look at the perfect Kia Telluride we wanted, we got there to a dirty car on the lot with random boxes in the back, door seal with a big hole in it, greasy handlebars, gum on the back of the seat and the carpets weren't even vacuumed.
