The WORST dealership hands down I have ever dealt with. Had my car in service for 2 weeks and didnât touch it till the 2nd to last business day when I said I needed it back. Not to mention the issue that was faced with my car WAS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY and I was charged (thank you to Golling Kia in Madison Heights). Terrible experience at this dealer ship. After couple of phone calls and texts with their sales manager David, I drove an hour to this Jeffery Kia purchase a ânewâ Carnival, or at least that was my plan.
