Our sales person was very nice and we were ready to order a vehicle from them until we met the sales manager. He was very high pressure and off putting. They also tried to offer us $3500 less on our vehicle than another dealership.
My husband sent me out to look for a new vehicle for myself. I went many places and did not have the best experience. When I stepped in to Jeffrey Automotive, they had a wonderful selection of cars and great options. What touched me the most was Adam, Paul and David in how warm, professional and expeditiously they handled our purchase. This is a dealership that offers Honda, Acura and Kia at the same location. The WORST dealership hands down I have ever dealt with. Had my car in service for 2 weeks and didn’t touch it till the 2nd to last business day when I said I needed it back. Not to mention the issue that was faced with my car WAS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY and I was charged (thank you to Golling Kia in Madison Heights).
