Personal touch of concern.
Everyone was very nice, competent and professional at their jobs. I have no complaints whatsoever.
I waited 25 minutes after x-ray. Saw him 5 minutes. He left room. I didn’t realize, he wasn’t coming back. Nurse came in and handed me an info sheet about possible surgery. I have numerous questions. Did not get any time to ask questions. Supposedly scheduling MRI. No visit summary.
Compassionate and very good at his job!
His bed side manner is great, I was nervous and he reassured me that everything would be fine.
The staff are friendly and are totally interested in my needs and helping me.
Doctor went the extra step to help me

Dr Keverline is very knowledgeable, down to earth and listens to my concerns. He performed shoulder surgery in 2020 and everything went great
