Extremely friendly from check-in until I left . Shared information and asked me a lot of health questions. So glad Dr Logan McDowell referred me here .
No wait in and out in less than 5 mins.
The long wait! One of the receptionist was not understanding and I thought she was curt. No one told me the doctor was an hour behind schedule. My appointment was at 3:45 and at 5:00 I had not seen Dr keverline. I left at 5:00pm. Lights were out in waiting room.
Personal touch of concern.
Everyone was very nice, competent and professional at their jobs. I have no complaints whatsoever.
I waited 25 minutes after x-ray. Saw him 5 minutes. He left room. I didn’t realize, he wasn’t coming back. Nurse came in and handed me an info sheet about possible surgery. I have numerous questions. Did not get any time to ask questions. Supposedly scheduling MRI. No visit summary.
Compassionate and very good at his job!
His bed side manner is great, I was nervous and he reassured me that everything would be fine.
The staff are friendly and are totally interested in my needs and helping me.
