I have 4 kids and I love Dr Kaplan's office. I love how honest Dr is when he answers my questions and he never sugar coats anything that can be concerning. I especially LOVE his medical assistant Brittany. She is amazing and knows my kids since they were small from working there. She is gentle and is always asking how we are all doing in general. Cancelled my children's annual exam in October because of 'an office emergency'. This cancellation came the same day. Ok, emergencies happen. They rescheduled for today, December 16th. They just called again and cancelled the same day again because of another 'office emergency'. Don't go here. Find another office.
I’m now searching for a new Pediatrician. For my seventh month old. He was very argumentative about me refusing to give my son the flu shot and he recommended fluoride for his two little teeny tiny baby teeth. I have the right to refuse and he was extremely rude. Pressuring me arguing etc
HORRIBLE DOCTORS OFFICE!!! My son had a physical and they messed up the day of and rescheduled him TWO months out then the day of his appointment after the two months they inform me they had reassigned him to a different doctor without calling me and informing me for absolutely no reason at all!!!! Ridiculous. Anytime my son was sick and I would come in all he would say is to give him honey? WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
I took my kids here for about 3-4years and every time I had to take them for an appointment I always dreaded it because of how uncomfortable Dr. Kaplan made us feel. He is rude, very unprofessional and impatient he does not like kids and he dislikes their parents even more. Most patients that see Dr. Kaplan are Medi-cal patients and he seems to think he can treat them a certain type of way because of that. I have private insurance and have chosen to stay with Dr. Kaplans practice because his nurse is the best she is so kind ... read more
