Went in for an internal hemorrhoid and all I got from Dr.Kaner was “eat more fiber”. He didn’t even want to take a look at the area just to get me out of the office. I payed a copay for a medical review and solution I want my money back. Next thing you know now I’m in the hospital with a lot of bleeding possibly having to have surgery for his negligence. Just know if you use gastro health they refuse to let you see another doctor in the office so you have to hope elsewhere has appointments.
Customer service is on point. Dr. Kaner has been my Dr for years until my insurance changed. I was sad they didn't take my new insurance. The following year I make sure I renewed with a policy that he takes. now I'm back going to him and I'm so happy. He listens to your problems and give you the best results he possibly can. Keep up the good work Dr. Kaner . also his assistant Jenny she's the best. Knows her work and very helpful.
