He caught an infection under a root canal that 2 dentists missed. It had eaten into my sinus cavity. I thank God for Dr. Collins.

Finally!!! Amazing office starting with the receptionist, dental assistant and then Dr. Pollis who is an associate of Dr. Collins. After cracking my molar on an olive pit and experiencing so much pain, this office recognized the need to get me in quickly. Other offices in the area asked me to schedule a consultation first and then another day for the surgery!!! Horrible.. Attempted to tell him & his nurse that I have a hard time with anesthesia & painkillers ahead of time but they didn’t care. Waited 1/2hr on laughing gas for surgery to start. Woke up 2.5hrs later. Projected to wake up 10-20min after surgery. Told them I wasn’t in pain and they laughed & said I was joking. Started choking on gauze and they told me to just quit being nervous. Wasn’t until my mom came in that they actually did something. Most unbelievably arrogant practice ever. 0/10
Dr. Collins was helpful and professional with my child and the outcome was positive, but I did feel that some of the staff that helped did not treat me (the parent) as nicely, almost like I was less than a good parent and may have contributed to or caused the issue which I understand can be a concern for healthcare providers, but it was unfounded/unexpected and gave me some concern. The outcome for my child was the priority, though, and that was positive overall.
