Awful... just awful. My kneecap has been dislocating and popping out for months now. Both Dr Gates and Dr. Hanna told me there's absolutely nothing wrong with me, Middle-aged, no specific injuries, and my story doesn't make sense to them, So wear a brace and just deal with it. I sure hope this gets passed along to the Medical Directors. This should not be the type of service being provided by Kaiser. EVER!
Worst out there. Blocked every attempt I made to get my knee right at kaiser including a second opinion at KP. Finally left Kaiser and got my menisectomy surgery for the torn meniscus he wouldn't even give me an MRI for, and things are all good NOW. Gave me the "if you were my brother, I would tell you the same thing" line. A friend who works at kaiser told me they call em bounties, keeping cost down and getting bonuses.
Total right shoulder in 2015. Result: 100% function! Total left shoulder in 2018. Result: 100% function! Dr. Gates repaired my broken-down body like no other surgeon could. He came highly recommended, now I am adding my personal high reccomendation. He has complete mastery of the shoulder. Thanks, doc!!!
