Dr James was good at answering my questions in plain English, he has an easy way of reassuring you, knows his field of medicine and is able to provide a clear plan of treatment. He also has a sense of humor and great staff. I was referred by my breast cancer oncologist who said for any gynecological disease care they always prefer to refer patients to Dr James. I can see why… very good experience for me for a very stressful situation.
Truly, a fantastic caring team, starting with new patient registrar Wendy, front desk personnel, nurses, and all office staff were extremely helpful with getting me a timely appointment and making my preop visit as comfortable as possible. Dr. James took all the time to explain my procedure and make me feel comfortable with my decision, explaining my upcoming procedure in detail. Dr. James takes the time to listen and explain and discuss all options. I feel blessed to have him and his team care for me.
Dr James is the most compassionate Dr I have ever known! When I went into his office two years I was a mess, in one hour with dr James I had infectious diesease dr and had wound packed and cleaned! Thank you dr James you saved my life and continue to do so! So many new office staff only one left after going to dr James for almostooo three years! I guess things change
Dr James and his team are AMAZING! I am very lucky I was referred to him for my ovarian cancer diagnosis and treatment. I had two surgical procedures done by him and have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. James and his whole team. My recovery has been fantastic, I am a little over 4 months post op from a full hysterectomy and HIPEC for stage three ovarian cancer and feel so good I am literally doing backflips.
