I was early for my appointment. He came in and greeted me and said he would be right back came and asked me a question. I started to answer the question. He interrupted me and started yelling when I was told years ago custom orthotics will cause more damage. Then he leaves comes back and steps in my face as though he’s going to hit me and I ended the appointment asked for a refund and here we are. Do not go into your appointment alone .
