I recently visited Dr. Hicks for ingrown toenail treatment, and I couldn't be more pleased. Dr. Hicks took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, addressing all my concerns and putting me at ease despite my initial nervousness/anxiety. His humor and empathetic approach made a big difference. The office staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming. The procedure was a success, and I've healed properly with excellent results. I highly recommend Dr. Hicks for his professionalism, care, and compassion.

My Mother was in Dr. Hick's office today and she was treated very disrespectfully and hostile. First by the receptionist and then by the Dr. who rushed out of his office to verbally abuse her. My Mother is 88 years old and did nothing to provoke this attack on her. Who taught these people and this office how to treat the elderly? I am not angry nor am I hurt, but I am very disgusted and disappointed that they feel as though this kind of unprofessional and deplorable behavior is even close to acceptable.
