Arrogant and rude to more than once. He is knowledgeable but, his attitude towards me was unacceptable as a medical professional. Discounts patient reports of past care. I will no longer be a patient or recommend his care.
Both myself and my husband saw Dr. Roth a few weeks ago and we did not like the quality of care we received. The appointment felt rushed, and Dr. Roth was very dismissive and somewhat mocking when we each expressed concerns over certain symptoms we were having. Additionally, Dr. Roth did not once ever wash his hands, use gloves, clean tools between patients, etc.
I always feel rushed and no time to ask questions or get answers.
Exceptional surgeon and great practice. I attribute him to saving my husband's life and am very pleased with the level of care he provides to my entire family. All that and he has a sense of humor! He makes himself available and is patient in answering questions and giving us the information we need to make decisions.
Let me start by saying, Dr. Roth wrote my mother the wrong prescription, one that she is highly allergic to. She became very ill that night through to the morning, we were terribly worried we might have to run her to the hospital during this pandemic. Not only did they not apologize to her. Dawn, his medical assistant called her, with the most nonchalant, utmost disrespect, stated that "it was only a rash" listed under her reactions. Dr. Roth was a great help in solving the problems i was having. Would highly recommend him to anyone having ear, nose and throat problems.
