I was very fortunate to get an appointment on 1/6/23 concerning my ankle and foot. After taking several x-rays Dr. Hunter said it looked like I had messed up some tendons. I was given a steroid shot and a prescription for inflammation and my foot/ankle was put into a boot that I need to wear for at least 3 weeks. This boot far exceeds all other boots I have had in the past. It is so comfortable and easy to use. It’s been a week since I had the appointment for plantar fasciitis, I didn’t realize how inflamed my foot was. It was uncomfortable to walk. I have been able to walk now with tolerable discomfort or no pain at times.I do the exercises Dr. Hunter suggested and use the EQ IQ brace to help stretch. So glad I finally went to the appointment.
