Made an appointment for routine maintenance on my pilot. I was told it would take a few hours. I was able to get a complimentary ride home and back when my car was ready. Very satisfied with the overall work.
Jeffrey Honda was the first dealership that I contacted because they had the color CRV that I was interested in. This is my first time going through a dealership and have heard all of the horror stories and watched many videos of how dealerships try taking advantage of people. I had many reservations and very little hope of actually getting this vehicle on my first try, and if I had called a different dealership I probably wouldn't have gotten it. I received excellent service. I brought the car in due to a B 1 code for maintenance. Tom, the service advisor was informative and friendly. A couple of issues were discovered and quotes provided. Once the service was complete, the bill was less than the quote as apparently I had a discount on record. I have found with this dealership that they will look for any discount for their customers. We have had 2 Hondas and always service them here.
