Dr. Sacks is unprofessional, disorganized, and alarmingly disengaged. He routinely forgot key details from previous sessions and offered little to no structure or clarity around treatment. There was no sense of accountability, consistency, or care. The payment process was handled informally and left me feeling uncomfortable. Overall, the experience felt careless at best and unsafe at worst. I left every appointment more frustrated and confused than before. This is not someone I would trust with my health or anyone else’s.
