I left my 'assessment' visit with Jeff Swift and felt drained, angry, and frustrated. Although I had made it very clear when making the appointment that I was scheduled for hip replacement, he seemed surprised at that fact. I liked his introduction as "Jeff", but after that point, it was downhill. He definitely did not like my wanting to tell the chronology of my pain, since control definitely needed to be in his ball park.
