Jeff built us a very nice second garage in 2014 we were very happy. I outreached to them needing a major home repair. Chase asked me to send pictures and said he would get back to me. He never did. I stopped in the office once and left him a voice mail. It wasn't returned. I understand people are busy. If you can't do the job or have no interest say so. I was disappointed.
