He always makes sure every single question I have is answered and he isn't just about prescribing medications. He takes the time to listen to me and will talk to me rather than just writing a script and sending me out the door. His nurse is always available if I think of any more questions I want answered, and is extremely prompt and actually makes me feel like a person rather than just another number. I'm in the market for a new PCP. During my two visits to Dr Friedman, I've found he frequently fails to listen to my issues. I don't think he's rushed, I just don't think he's interested. My only successes have been a referral to PT and completed lab work that he never followed up on. His staff is very friendly, but I don't think he talks to them. The office was easy enough to find.

Are you going to visit this provider again? If I need to, I'll return Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Maybe, I'm not sure if I loved them that much. Would you recommend this family doctor to others? If I Had To Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Sometimes, but most of the time they aren't

They were always present and attentive Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away

Dr Friedman was great at answering each and every question I had in-depth. He took time to carefully explain I had a question about. He covered all of the bases until I had no more questions. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
