Impossible to reach a live person. Finally got thru and was sent back to my physician for more info. Just spent another 25 min trying to get an appointment! If they are that understaffed then I am concerned about ever getting in or getting quality service. I will have to find somewhere else to go. Unfortunately they have all of my historical records because they USED to be very good. I don't think this would make Sally proud.
DO NOT GO HERE! There are so many better places that have integrity and care about their patience. This place is only after money. I had to get a biopsy done back in August for a shadow on my mammogram. They processed everything though insurance and I paid almost $3,000 out of pocket the day of the procedure. They told me that insurance would cover the rest. A month later I received a few bills ranging between $100-$300.00 start showing up and I started to get calls saying I owed money.
