I would recommend anyone fighting New York State Social Security to use this firm. Not only did they take the time to get the paperwork completed in a timely manner. They took the time to ensure all the important information from the VA hospital was gone through to ensure all the doctor reports were accurately recorded for the appeals for the appeals judge..
Don't waist your time and money. A joke from the start. Makes promises they can't keep and screws you in the long run.
I had problems with getting SSD. I had a lawyer who failed and didn't know what she was doing. Was unprepaired. THEN I hired Jeffrey Freedman's office. They were smart and very intelligent. They treated me nicely. Collected everything needed. We were totally prepared at the hearing. We Aced it. I was approved within 3 months of using them. Awesome! Highly Recommend.

I had hired this attorney for a appeal because i got denied in court they told me they would take over my case so i signed saying i hired him as my new attorney , even sent my stack of information they asked for plus also had other valuabke medical info to then the next day i was called saying my case couldnt be handled not giving a explanation to why now im stuck idk what to do i need my ssi my health is getting worse

My son and I had the same attorney through this office. He won my sons case which made me feel confident in his abilities. However numerous calls to change my address and phone number were ignored. My minor son was receiving bills, and when it came to my case my denial was full of mistakes!
