Inept office. You have to remind them you have a telemedicine appt and then they miss it and bill you anyway. They also release to random third parties, confidential information about patients, which violates HIPAA.
I’ve never had a bad experience with Dr. Fein himself. He’s always been very attentive and helpful. However, a staff member at the Hoboken location treated me absolutely terribly over the phone today. I was very simply trying to find out if Dr. Fein would say it’s okay for me to take two doses of a medication he prescribed me yesterday when I discharged from the hospital because I was experiencing a lot of pain, although other staff members were helpful earlier in the day over the phone as well, a lady named Wanda neglected ... read more
