Great doc, spends time with his patients and thoroughly explains everything and answers questions without rushing through the exam. Unfortunately he’s no longer in nyc.

Great doctor, great office staff and they have updated equipment/technology to give your eyes the best examination possible.
Unfortunately I have a bad experience with this doctor. I had a simple styes In my eye, not infected but I thought I show to a doctor. He looked at and told me exactly what another doctor told 6 months ago: nothing he can do about it, recommended warm compress. 6 months ago I got a bill for 25$ from that other doctor. But Dr. Jeffrey’s bill just came and is 276$. Ridiculous, and I will never go back to this doctor! Stay away from him! I’m still at shock looking that bill. Very very disappointed!
