I was really sad when my original doctor was retiring. She was replaced with another doctor who was great but after a few years, moved to a different practice. I was switched to Dr. Hatchell and am really pleased with the experience. He actually listens when I come in with data / ideas... and he's helpful, encouraging, and funny. Very happy to have him as my PCP.
He listens well and doesn’t rush you through the office visit. He and his staff are very friendly.
I wish I could leave a lower ranking than 1 star. Did not listen to my concerns, he was quick to snap and raise his tone when I had questions about his recommendations. I went to get a 2nd opinion very quickly after seeing this "dr" and was actually helped for my condition. I would never recommend this guy to anyone.
I highly recommend Dr. Hatchell. He is sharp, professional and does not keep you waiting long. He really cares for the best interest of his patients.
Every experience has been a great one. He really listens and explains everything. He really seems to have you best interest at heart.
