Everyone is wonderful, kind and thorough. I like Dr Rifkin very much. She is kind very knowledgeable. Her staff is.great. Alex is very thorough and kind as well. The front desk are wonderful people and so kind. Mustn't forget them.

Absolutely unconscionable that they are charging $1 a page for your own medical records. Since this practice was bought out, it became rude, inflexible, difficult to schedule, and now that I want to leave, burdensome to do so. The law states that they may charge $1 page for first 25 pages, not for all pages, but they misrepresent this information when you call. Additionally, the Dr. misdocumented information given.
