I was greatly pleased and impressed with the high level and quality of care I received from Dr. Hazlewood and his staff! Dr. Hazlewood was thorough, kind, upfront, caring and professional. Staff was also professional, timely and accurately responsive. I had been living with daily pain 15 months post MVA, with only some progress, which had plateaued.
