It's a great experience everytime.
I visited Dr. Dickman's office in October 2024, and my overall experience was positive. However, 6 months later I'm very unsatisfied with 2 elements: - Billing: I specifically chose Dr. Dickman's office because it was in network and highly rated. I don't mind paying for the copay and procedure (had two small spots removed). However, months later I received an additional bill for $560, which was for the lab testing of the two spots. I was referred to Dr. Dickman while looking for a good dermatologist. First impressions do carry a high level of validity. From my initial phone contact to the actual body exam things were timely, structured, and professional. Dr. Dickman is personable, communicative, and quite educational.
