Dr. Desantis although kind and proffessional. Decided that because he was not the associate I usually see he wouldnt even provide me with approved and needed nail and callous care. He even asked me "why are you seeing me?". So i came in for nothing, wasted two hours of my time with the lyft ride and waiting for pick up. My appt. , which is usually close to an hour was 15 minutes if that. I still had to wait the hour for my return trip home. I was bummed by totality of the experience and service.
