My podiatrist in Atlanta knew Dr. DeSantis personally and when I asked for a referral when I moved here, I saw him. I had a major issue with Plantar Fascitis that required surgery. He doesn’t rush anyone into surgery and approached your issue cautiously. After the surgery I had a small bone that broke away that was not related to the first problem. He’s in and out and doesn’t listen to you. I would highly discourage going to him. Very rude and arrogant.

My physical therapist referred me to Dr. Desantis last January, because I had a horrible experience with another podiatrist (not with this group). My medical situation was literally an emergency. I had a bunion surgery that was not only done incorrectly, but also developed an abscess and dead tissue on the top of my foot. Dr. Desantis, coordinated everything quickly so I get the proper care I needed due to the circumstances. He was assertive, caring, and very professional.

Dr. Desantis talks fast, gets the job done in lightning speed. After consultation, he removed my toe nail. I walked out with no pain and a big blue toe (blue bandage wrapping). Dr. D was recommended by Dr. Dore, who is great. PS Cinnamon really cares and is a real asset. GG
