Everyone from check in, vitals, Dr. Jenkins, check out and x-rays were very friendly and engaging. Looking forward to placing my care in the crew's hands.
After experiencing pain and discomfort for the past several years and with glowing recommendations from several close friends I contacted Dr. Jenkins for an evaluation. Dr Jenkins looked me in the eye and asked relevant questions before offering opinions on several different paths of treatment . I felt heard and left informed and prepared to make decisions. Surgical options were presented with explanations of risk, recovery as well as alternatives.
