Dr. Small seems ok, but his office staff is very rude and not helpful at all! Shame on them!
Dr may be fine. Didn’t make it to him. Front desk is lazy and rude.
4 stars for Dr. Small 1 star for your staff - just called the office to ask about post-operation procedures. Women answered the phone hung up on me after saying “the information is in the packet you received.” This is the second instance of dealing with this rude person. The first time was almost identical in that I was asking a reasonable question and was delivered a rude response. The latest call occurred at 9:15am on February 24th.
Doesn’t deserve even 1 star. Starting from his impolite staff and finishing on this doctor that is so extremely rude and disrespectful, and the most important INEFFECTIVE. Rushing through the visit, not explaining anything, close minded, not knowledgeable, therefore you won’t get a good quality care. The whole visit was a complete nightmare. Save yourself money and time and go elsewhere.
The best doctor--respectful, returns calls, listens to you, is kind, and VERY COMPETENT. He literally gave me my life back after he corrected a dangerously incorrect diagnosis/treatment I rec'd from another doctor.
Very thorough and professional
It’s surprising to say that a vasectomy could be a positive experience, but Dr Small made it just that. Starting with the intake appt, he made me extremely comfortable with the information and ensuring all questions were answered. The day of the procedure, he was empathetic and conversational ensuring that I was comfortable the entire way through with what was going on “down there.” Dr. Small easily made extremely uncomfortable topics and situations, both relatable and positive. Thanks you Doc!
Dr. Small is an excellent physician and diagnostician, with superb clinical and technical skills. Just as importantly, he is a caring and concerned doctor, who takes the time to explain his findings and recommendations. An excellent urologist.
I don't know the actual quality of Dr. Small's care because calling the office (I spoke with 2 people) was so painful and unpleasant that I won't ever get a chance to actually meet him. I've honestly fired people and been met with less hostility than that.
