I went there at 1130 and they made me wait all day
I’ve been here twice for extractions. The last one a few years ago was fine. This recent time a week ago was awful. The nurse was so rude and literally scoffed when I asked her a question. They’re all so dry, monotone, robotic like. He’s also extremely rough and I’m pretty sure he messed up my jaw, which I know he’s known for this. This area needs more options for dentists because I wouldn’t recommend anyone willingly go here but most have no choice.
The staff were very nice and understanding, especially the nurses/assistants. Receptionists answered all the questions I had and even got me in earlier than scheduled. Even though my surgery ended up being a little more complicated, Dr. Menoff was very accommodating and supportive the whole time. I have always heard mixed reviews, but I’m overall happy with my personal experience here.
