Always friendly and listens to you. No problem getting referrals to specialists. Both my husband and I have been seeing him for years. Please don’t ever retire
He is very aware of my health issues and always answered my questions
This doctor (I use that term loosely after our negative experience with him) misdiagnosed my daughter and refused to give her the antibiotics she needed. Took her to a competent doctor who was able to treat her. He ignored the symptom review that was provided by the parent. Very arrogant. Thankfully there are a large number of competent physicians in our area but Jeffrey is not one of them. He provides online care via Summa Virtual Visits as well.

of the primary care doctors i've had over my life (and i'm 65), dr. bachtel is my favorite. he genuinely cares, listens and answers questions. in my case, it isn't easy getting old. LOL.
