If you're not looking for an expensive home don't get locked into a 6 month contract with these people. As soon as the realtor, T.L., realized we weren't going that route he basically disappeared. Not once in 6 months did he find us a house to look at. And sometimes he wouldn't respond for a day or more. Every house we looked at I found, and of those his coworker showed us 2. If we tried to make an offer he'd say things like well its a foreclosure or it's HUD and its going to take more time and paperwork. We didn't mind that... read more
