Dr. Cruzan is always very professional and thorough in his medical care. He always asks questions about medical situation and answers all questions I have regarding medical situation I am dealing with. His explanations are helpful and is recommendations address situations effectively. His nurse is excellent as well. We appreciate the care we get from this medical office.
Dr. Cruzan has a gentle way about him. He asks open ended questions and genuinely listens to concerns and answers all questions. He did not end the visit until I said I had nothing else I was concerned about.
My visit with Dr Cruzan was to estabish care as a new patient. I'd been with a previous PCP, and specialists for many years. My PCP and a speciality physician retired. It's challenging to transfer care to a new physician after many years with physicians who know a patient's history well. Had a great appointment examination. Dr. Cruzan was thorough and he covered everything that is important to me in an annual exam. He took enough time to ask questions about health and made me feel at ease. I would recommend Dr. Cruzan to anyone for their personal physician.
Dr Cruzan and Roxanne have been our health care team for over 20 years. If our family resided in the Edmond area they would be the health care team we would recommend. They are professional kind caring concerned yet dedicated to spending the adequate time needed to cover your health care needs. They are current with medical technology and concerned about you as a person. They have been our health care team for over 20 years, I can’t give a more positive review that that!
Dr. Cruzan has been my doctor for many years. I trust him completely because he always takes time to actually listen to my questions or concerns and answer them clearly. He is kind, friendly, and easy to talk to.
The whole staff is very good at what they do. They are happy and extremely competent. He never rushes, answers all questions (even the stupid ones), reviews everything. I KNOW he will take care of me. I trust all of them. Always on time, never have to wait.
Dr. Cruzan and Roxanne make a great duo. Roxanne gets you back and prepped and Dr. Cruzan is in shortly after. Dr. Cruzan takes time to listen to all of your concerns, gives you straight forward answers and professional opinions of what he thinks is the best course of action.
